Kadison is an experienced Research, Data and MEL expert with ten years of experience working across sectors such as agriculture, health, education, and social impact initiatives including the circular economy, health and well-being, and livelihoods.

Kadison also has experience in data management and statistical data analysis methods (STATA, R, SPSS), both quantitative and qualitative methods; designing and building dashboards for reporting (PowerBi, Tableau, Looker Studio), and scripting CAPI data collection tools (Kobo Collect, SurveyCTO).
