Nomnotho Gumede is MEL Associate based in South Africa. She has over eight years’ experience dedicated to learning and innovation in Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL).

She has worked on evaluations of enterprise development, youth and women’s financial access and empowerment, and livelihood development in both the corporate and the NGO space. Nomnotho’s passion is to advocate for social and behaviour change by embedding good governance, impact measurement, and a robust results-based MEL approach.

She has helped young NGOs and social enterprises collect and package their program and project data to tell their development stories and fundraise to advance human development efforts for the marginalised and vulnerable populations.
