Shibaji is an international monitoring and evaluation consultant. Shibaji’s expertise includes market systems and private sector development, access to finance/financial inclusion, agriculture, renewable energy, climate change, SME development, women economic empowerment, TVET/skills development and employment, public health, WASH, migration, humanitarian aid and disability inclusion.

Shibaji’s geographical experience ranges from development programmes in Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Indonesia, Ethiopia, Uganda, Nigeria, Ghana, Tanzania, Kenya, Benin, Fiji, to the Solomon Islands.

He has delivered numerous evaluations, including mid-term assessments and final evaluations of private-sector development projects. Shibaji’s work with Microfinanza for UNCDF won the Excellence Award from UNDP’s Independent Evaluation Office for Outstanding Evaluation.
