Deepti is a monitoring, evaluation, and learning expert with 20 years of experience supporting NGOs, government, civil society, and private sector organisations with their measurement needs.
Deepti has extensive experience working with and supporting private sector development and impact investing programmes. She has experience measuring hard-to-measure changes like perceptions and behaviours, job-creation, diffused impacts, and systemic change.
Deepti has delivered numerous large-scale impact evaluations and rapid impact/outcome reviews. She has extensive experience using action-research to develop and deploy monitoring systems/tools that support learning and programme adaptation.
With expertise designing and delivering user-facing research, case studies, and evaluations that clients can use to refine programmes and strategies, Deepti also has varied methodological experience with techniques like mixed-methods and qualitative evaluation design, appreciative inquiry, Qualitative Impact Protocol (QuIP), outcome mapping, and qualitative research methods.
